Transmission!
According to CDC scientists think people are initially infected with ebolavirus through contact with infected animal such as fruit bats.
After then, the virus spreads from person to person potentially affecting a large number per outbreak.
-blood or body of fluids (urine, saliva, sweat, feaces, vomit, breast milk, semen, amniotic fluid)
-infected fruit bats or non human primates eg apes and monkeys.
When people become infected with ebolavirus, they do not start developing signs or symptoms right away. This period is known as incubation period.
A person can only spread ebola to other people after the onset of signs and symptoms.Signs And Symptoms.
These appear two to twenty one (2_21)days after contact with the virus.
Fever
Aches and pains
Weakness and fatigue
Sore throat
Skin rash and hiccups
Loss of appetite
Gastrointestinal symptoms
